The Holiday was taken over by the Bank. It was not part of the original 16. Not the same hotel on 108 st

Do you happen to know the address to this property so I can do some research on it?

This hotel was not part of the original 16. It was purchased before these. I think it was under Pacific Investments and not Kronos. I just found out that the address there is 3590 Riverside Drive (used to be the holiday inn). This is the hotel that Se duk Kim was part owner of and is now sueing Rajesh Mir. (you already posted the court paperwork on this one) The hotel was foreclosed on just before Prism came in and took over the other hotels from what I have been told. Sad thing is is that hotel used to be a decent property from the pictures I have seen. Too bad Charles and the boys ruined yet another hotel in the area!

A quick update on this property. There was a judgement filed back in Novemeber I believe it was dismissing a case between Ramada Worldwide and Kronos Hotels because of non-service on the defendants (charles morais, sunil mir). Here just recently a motion was filed with the courts to vacate that judgement and find in favor of the Plaintiffs due to they tried to serve. Several attempts were made and they were given excuses every time as to why charles and sunil were not avaialble. Of course I made it my business to email the attorney of Ramada and give them ole Matty Wilkins numbeer. Other then that not seeing anything else going on with them. Will try to pull that document tomorrow and get it posted. So it appears that not only are they not fighting the foreclosures anymore it appears as though they are not disciminating what kind of cases they dont respond to anymore. They are Equal Opportunity Non-Responders.

This hotel is being run by another management company. I was told it is GF Management. Not really sure where they are out of though.

Holiday Hotel Basically was brought in feb 2006 as Holiday Inn. The main partner is Se du Kim. They cheated him from the beginning showing wrong numbers on the accounts through Johnson Thomas. later kim stopped coming and went to the court. late last year the blx finance company or the bank took over due to the non payment of mortgage and gave it to G.F.Management. until today it is run by them.

Just so you all know, I just found out that this hotel will officially close their doors on January 31. The management company along with the bank has decided to close the hotel completely due to the lack of revenue being made. To sad to see this one go down the drain.

Being buried as they should be. Sad thing is they are being buried by their own doings...not anyone elses. Everyone else tried to do the job that would have kept these guys in business and sitting pretty without all these lawsuits and liens against them. But they chose to beat these people in the head with a stick and now its all coming back to haunt them. Good for them. And as the dirt keeps getting piled higher on them I will be there to report on it on here so everyone can enjoy it.
