Ok they filed for bankruptcy in Augusta and Brunswick.  I just posted those two cases as well as another from hinesville that was foreclosed on and some problems that arose out of that back in November 2008.

you can see all the cases at http://kronoshotelsllc.com/Liens%20and%20Lawsuits.htm

The interesting things is it says that they forclosed on two of the properties and two are closed.  so..Brunswick and Augusta have not been closed.  So that leaves Dothan, Dothan, and Louisville.  Any news from you guys?    For the record I am not saying they WERE foreclosed on...I am just saying what is being read and would like to know so we dont cause a panic of everyone thinking things are going to change for them...

Make sure you read the one on Hinesville as well...another interesting story.  Kronos purchased the property I believe in January of 08, had it forclosed upon, the previous owner (just like cooper hotels in St. Peters) purchased the property back at sale in August 08.  Funny thing is Kronos still has not vacated the building even though it is apparently not even open for business.  Read the document...quite funny to show how desperate these guys are.

Well according to the article they are currently negotiating the sale of the property with a private entity as of now.  But this is coming from Kronos so the believablity factor goes way down.  Kind of like "we promise the money will be there on Friday"

An update on this. Situation.  I just posted the links to the updates.  Royal Bank of Scotland has been granted a motion to stay in "Recievership" (Prism) until this case is done in both Augusta and Brunswick.

Also in an interesting note you will see that the document states, Representatives for RBS were there as well as Kronos Attorneys but noone from Kronos was there.  In addition to that it shows that Kronos Attorneys have asked to be removed from the case due to inability to communicate with Kronos.

Sorry but this is almost to funny.  When does it get to the point that these Attorneys actually look into this company before they take their cases and see that it is a train wreck waiting to happen...better yet...it has happened.

Both files are the same just for the individual properties

Those fools are just letting them go without so much as owning up to their failures/wrongdoings. Reminds me of the actions a 12 or 13 year old would do. Run and hide. One day they will have to show up in court and I think I'll be sitting in that courtroom smirk on my face and camera waiting outside. They will look good in a set of bracelets, arms behind their backs. Wonder if they'll smile for the camera?

Ok I dont have the links as I am writing this due to the fact I am uploading the updated content to the site as this is being written.

The Bankruptcy Cases in Augusta and Brunswick have been Dismissed.  There was the motion I posted about previously to have it dismissed by Royal Bank of Scotland.

Well I reckon Kronos Hotels and crew did not think it important to respond to that motion because that was what ultimately sealed their fate.  Not responding...I am sensing a pattern here..lol...

On a funny note...They wont even respond to any other court case from what I am seeing yet the lawsuit they have against me is still alive and kicking.

So check the main page shortly and the dismissal order will be on the breaking news marquee

HI Guys, Still I was not able to get the information on thing which i posted earlier.
But, I can give u some better and new shocking information. The have brought a property ( Howard Johnson at Riverside Drive, Macon, Ga). SO try to pass the information to the right person whom u want and let them deal with the new issue. I am sure it is not in their name and they have used somebody. I will try to dig and find it out.

I will find out for sure tomorrow....but if I am correct it is probably under White Knight Holdings.  I had gotten an email awhile back from someone stating they were trying to purchase a property in Macon under that name...and I think it was the Hojo so thats prolly it.

To my next question...how the hell can they keep getting away with this...now those poor people will have to suffer.

Edit:  I just checked my emails and on 12/6/08 this was sent to me "Just to let you know Charles Morais opened a new llc under whiteknight holdings llc and is trying to buy the howard johnson in macon Ga"

Although White Knight Holdings has been around since I believe 2005 (I may be incorrect there without checking again, however I do know its been a couple years) they were accurate then.

Edit#2:  In an interesting note the owner of that property is still listed as Brampton Park Resorts of Macon LLC.  Their Home Office is in Kissimee, FL.  Thats not the interestinng note...here is the interesting note.
They bought the property on 3/13/06 from Ocumlgee Day LLC ET AL.
Now I do not know if there is any relation because the companies are in two different names.  But I find it ironic that Ocumlgee Fields Inc which, up until I believe it was October of last year owned a property at 3590 Riverside Drive,  Macon, Ga.  Was part of this http://www.kronoshotelsllc.com/images/2008/Jan/SeDukKim0108.pdf lawsuit with chuck and the boys.  Both Hotels, both in Macon, both on the same street...again, there may be no relation at all.  Just looks interesting to me.

I dont know Macon very well.  Maybe there is a significance to that Ocumlgee name.  If anyone knows please share.

I know the Ocmulgee Fields Inc. company, and I can asure you that there is no relation to the HOJO property. Charles and co. bought a few properties in the Macon area from them in the past but Ocmulgee Fields never owned the HOJO. This is too weird! Keep us posted!!

hi guys, yes, they brought 2 hotels, one on 3590 and the other on 3680 riverside. 3590 was on Sedukim partner ship which was holiday hotel which now is shut. and the other one is 3680 which was used to be Hampton Inn, Then MAcon Hotel and the sold at a high price which ia not worth more that 1. 5 - 1.8 million and they sold it to 3,2 million for a guy in North East and they converted it into Baymont Inn & Suites and then he was not able to repay the bank and now i think it is running with new management. Both these properties where once belonging to Ocmulgee fields. There was some kind of deals were going on charles and OCM. The Howard Johnson is totally seperate and As of my knowledge, It is run by a Indian Family.
