Please use this forum to discuss and compare notes as to how your experiences with Kronos Hotels LLC was/is.  Lets keep the information posted.  Any links etc...please foward to me so I can make sure they are posted on the main site.  Good luck everyone...individually we may not be able to do a whole lot.  But together, as a team, we can accomplish anything.

Just wanted to say we have all experienced the same in Louisville, KY.  My payroll checks have bounced 3 times.  I have not been paid yet for my last check that bounced on September 29, 2008.  We have been
told that we will be paid this Tuesday and I hope so because if not I will be making a trip to the Attorney General Office.  I believe several employees will be doing the same.  I have already contact this office early this week.  This has put alot of people in Louisville, Ky at the former Clarion Hotel now the Studio Lodge at extreme financial difficulty.  My heart goes out to all employees across the country that are going through difficult times due to bouncing checks and not being paid for them.  I plan to pursue this issue and will not stop until it is resolved for everyone.  I will plan to post alot more after tuesday if we are all not payed and will be contacted all local avenues to resolve these issues.

If every city/state that was going through this had just one person like you that would stand up for everyone....please do keep pursuing this.  Do not stop.  Kronos is sitting down there counting their money and laughing thinking these guys will stop soon.  We will lay low until everyone forgets about it.  Dont let them.  Keep going and going and going.  Make as much noise as you can.  If someone will listen talk.  Send Emails to all the news media outlets.  Including the Datelines, the nightly news..etc...and everyons else should do the same.  Sooner or later someone will see the story and want to pick it up on a national level, that is my ultimate hope..let Charles Morais and company know...they think they can wait this out until we all go away, well...funny thing is we are not going anywhere but, They are.

I have been in the hospitality industry for 15 years, on the supply side, and have NEVER encountered a more dishonest and non humanitarian customer in my experience.  In almost every case, the customer is always right, but in this case, the customer is WRONG!  Dead wrong.  They stiffed my company for $50K, which is still unpaid at a collection service.  If you have not done business with Kronos Hotels and Resorts, DON'T, they could put you out of business!  They are cooks, theives, scoundrels and belong behind bars.

To thos of you who have suffers Kronos' wrath, I empathize with you and hope that, someday, you will get what you deserve and Kronos gets what they deserve.
