3 new leins that were able to be found just for the month of Feb totalling $252922.09 Against Charles and company.

One of them is from guest supply against Sunil Mir and looks like a personal address unless that is a hotel.  But it looks like he screwed up and put himself as the guarantor.

Also I just had a very long conversation with the IRS.  A very long good conversation.  They will most likely be wanting to speak with people here in the near future so if you are willing to speak either say so in this post or shoot me a private message with your information so I can pass it on to them when they get back to me.

Also anyone from the PA properties that would like to donate information..well..now is the time.  I am not going to go into why because I know they read these forums but if you would like to know more or why even if you are not from these properties shoot me a private message and I will be more then happy to share the information.

From what I see on the leins, the 941 taxes are payroll taxes.  The first one must be for their little office group as the $$ don't add up to anything that would have come from a hotel.  But the second one sure looks like it is for a hotels payroll taxes.  Let's see, how many hotels did they have?   Gee, that sure adds up to be a chunk of money.  Wonder if Chucky realizes that you can't eliminate Fed taxes in bankrupcy?  And I wonder if the other schmucks realize that if their name was on the checking account, they're in as much hot water as Chuck.

Exactly...

941 Tax

The 941 tax requires employers to pay payroll taxes for all employees. Most businesses are required to pay the 941 tax four times each year (quarterly). Even individuals who employ just one or two people may be required to pay 941 tax. Failure to pay the 941 tax in a timely manner can result in penalties, garnishments and levies

Hey Chuck,

Those tax deductions on paychecks actually don't go in your pocket.

FICA tax is what is be referred to here.

Amazing how america has a change in the oval office and all of sudden places like the IRS start to actually go after these crooks, apparently from the stories contained on this site Chuck has been at this for years.

Hopefully something can stick to Chuck aka the "teflon man".

Julie first question I will ask is was your social security number correct on the W2....and #2 when did it tell you this..when you were trying to fill it out or when you tried to submit it.

Julie, let me add to the questions.  If you did receive a W-2 from Destination then go back to your W-2 entry screen and double check your entries.  You possibly marked that it is not a standard W-2.  Next, was the W-2 handwritten?  And also were there entries in boxes 3,4,5, & 6 on the W-2?  Form 4852 is a substitute for Form W-2 and is used if you did not get a W-2. (Not get a W-2?!  Why I find that hard to believe as EVERY company knows that they are required BY LAW to provide each employee with a W-2 each year!).  Also, for EVERYONE, watch your annual Social Security statement that is sent to you by the Social Security Administration. If your wages from Kronos do not appear on that statment, you need to make a copy of your Form 4852 and/or W-2 you received and sent it to the SSA so that you may get credit for those wages and withholdings.  And YOU need to be vigilant to make sure that those wages and withholdings show up on your next statement.  Remember YOU ARE NOT THE ONE IN TROUBLE;  Chucky has reserved that seat for himself.  Your dilligence in pointing out what he did not do helps assure that the seat he's in is plugged in!

I had no issues with my W2 from Destination Hospitality.  But then our hotel did not have so many W2s to look for.  Just Alphastaff and Destination Hospitality.  There was the one paycheck we received from Kronos corporate and if I ever receive that W2 form, I will file an amended return.  I used turbotax online and have already received my refund.

I totally agree with Sak...go back through and check your filing status and everything and make sure you enetered everything properly.  the other thing besides as I mentioned before to make sure your SSN is correct on your W2, check any paystubs you may have from them (I know the average person does not save these but I bet I know a whole bunch who will now) And check the SSN on that one to see if it is the same as the one on the W2.

When you got the error was it after you submitted it for transmission or before?
