and we can get good strong evidence of this, I think it would be wise for people to then take that evidence and file in small claims court for money owed from bounced checks and fees.  Additionally, this can be used to protect the people for taxes, child support, other court ordered garnishments.  Because if Hyperion has bought Kronos and in the paperwork it says that they also purchase all equity, property, debts and credits (i.e. money already in the bank), then you have them!  They are then liable for those past debts.

Oh, and before Louisville closed, they did pay the nice Sherrifs $43,000 IN CASH, yes I said IN CASH, to prevent them from going in and seizing assets to cover the bill from Gordon Food Services.

$43,000 in CASH...Hmmm, now how could a company come up with $43,000 in cash?

My tin foil hat says money laundrying, prostitution, drug running and maybe even the "T" word, but I would not dare mention that in these threads...

Sunshine you can post whatever you want in these threads...thats why they are here...if anyone does not like someones opinion they dont have to read it.

Also your request for proof is what we have not found...noone bought Kronos out...there would be something out there saying otherwise...only thing that has changes is management wise...this "hyperion"  (which I still think Kronos is involved in as everything points to it) is now the management end of things.  What they would like us to continue to think is that Kronos has no control over these properties.  In theory they may not, but in reality they do.

The whole problem with their little scheme is it hinges upon everyone else being gullable to believe them.  To say "oh ok...they have said it so it must be true".  Unfortunately for them everyone has been lied to and wronged one to many times that without proof their lil plan is about as worthless as the paper its prolly not printed on.

I still want to know...whatever happened to Hyperion?  Lol we havent heard anymore from them since they were first mentioned and all of us were questioning and digging to find more about them only to discover they dont exist (which we initially thought anyway)

So I still dont think we really unraveled that lil twister there.  I think there is more to it then any of us know, and unfortunately they pulled the plug on it very quick before we could prove our suspicions

As far as I know Hyperion was created by the NY investors who helped finance the purchas of the 16 hotels. When they took over they realized that things were much worse than they had though due to Kronos' management that they bankrupted the fledeling company.

I do know it was created by Stillwater but I still truly believe Kronos was involved in it...hence the greek naming reference.  However...that has to be some kind of record...for quickest formation to bankruptcy or for most idiotic move a successful company could make even continuing to do business with people like Kronos
